    Disappointed with the hotel and services but at least the beach is nice
    The beach
    I checked in and fully paid for my stay when I arrived but only received keys to my room 2 hours later. Then the bath tub of one of the rooms is faulty and the rooms are not clean. Carpet looks dirty and room is dusty. On the 3rd day our access cards dont work and one of the rooms had to wait for an hour plus for the sensor of the door to be fixed. The hotel only looks nice in pictures and has been poorly maintained.

    Location adjacent to sea shore..
    Hotel service ...my door card does not work the first day I check in. I called reception for assistance, but the phone does not work properly. I went down to raise my issue, and a couple of technicians came to assist. They manage to get my room door opened; but my door card still does not work. I was given the impression that they will get the right technician to help me sort out my key card issue. No one attended to helping to sort my key card issue. Luckily I had two rooms booked; one for my kids. Our movement were restricted as I could not have the door to my room locked we have to take turns to man the room waiting for the so said technician to turn up but never did.

    A hidden gem with exceptional staff
    The staff is phenomenal. We had exceptional service with everyone that we met. They went above and beyond what we expected with their hospitality and service. The breakfast staff, duty manager, check in etc. I left my kindle behind and they found it as well.
    The facilities and the hotel itself was built awhile ago and you can't expect it to be brand new. The place is vast and it's difficult to maintain such a huge property. Expect the usual wear and tear. The rooms have been updated and is clean. The bed is very comfortable. Their food selection needs to vary as the breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same.
