Location is fantastic , next to a big square for restos/bars and next to the piazza duomo and central for shopping/visiting . The room was big , bath was nice with good shower water pressure . Weve stayed here 3 times now and like the hotel / location .
Very minor but the mattress was super soft. Coffee wasnt put in the room and then the guy came and only gave us 2 capsules.

Great location if you want to explore the city center on foot.
Location was great; rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast buffet was tasty. The staff at the bar was very nice, made us feel very welcome. The lasagna from the bar menu was the tastiest we have had during our short stay in Italy. We did not get to eat at the hotel restaurant as they were fully booked for the evening.
A bit clearer information about the parking arrangement between the hotel and the parking garage next door would have been useful. The hotel has the upper level reserved at the parking garage for their guests, but it is on a first come, first serve basis with limited parking spaces. However, we could have pulled in there from the beginning if we knew we just needed to call from the garage up to the hotel to let us in. However, it was all explained during our check out.

Centrally located, this hotel impresses you as soon as you get inside, if you like wooden, elegant and warm environments you will definitely feel at home.
Staff is superb, always available for any kind of request, including the restaurant you will find in the same building.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well designed.
