    Spacious bed
    Was not true to site as described bathroom was dirty and used before we enter plus some one ate potato chips and threw the waste. In bathroom dustbin 1st price was too high and check in was at 3 pm and before 12 check out not even 24 hours as all hotels breakfast was poor to the high price of the hotel i would never recommend it to any one i know plus noise and tv sound of ther rooms are always in my room

    I think some staff is extraordinary; the facility and buffet.
    I was robbed The staff didnt go out of their way to help me. They did provide the number to the police. No other support was offered. I had no money or credit card with the exception of a few euros I used to pay hotel taxes.
    See above There was one woman in the reception area who was outstanding. Extraordinary customer service.

    short city break Torino
    we booked 2 nights for a short city break to Torino. We have arrived late, the check-in was fast. The hotel has a very convenient location, walking distance from the train station. Within proximity there are some very good restaurants.
    the room was at the 8th floor, which is more like a attic, with very small windows which did not close properly. The room had amenities (towels) for 1 person even if we have booked a double room. the mattress was broken on one half, it felt you are falling down. If the arrival was not so late, we would have asked to change the room. I believe the room was cleaned long time before our arrival as the sheets had some dust on it. Very but very dry air in the room.

    I really enjoyed my stay at NH Torino and it was above my expectation. The staff were very friendly and look after clients very well.

    Very convenient location by transport means (tram,metro, bus), very clean and comfortable rooms, the staff was very kind and eager to help and the chef's menu was excellent

    A clean but basic hotel perfect for a short city break.
    Clean and good location for walking the city. We had a great sleep in the comfy bed!
    Noisy hallways, loud church bells in the morning, room overlooked by neighbours and not much atmosphere in hotel bar.

    It is less than 5 minutes by foot to the Susa Train Station, and about 15 minutes by foot to the Nuova Train Station. There is a great restaurant nearby called Amici. A friendly recommendation for Turin - for the most popular museums, try and book your time slot ahead of time!
