Superb

Excellent room facilities for a very comfortable stay.

Very clean, large room, super comfortable beds and bedding, good configuration for a family. Great bathroom and good tea and coffee making, plus complimentary water. So many nice touches!

It could have been the perfect stay if the shower cabin didn't have mould around it.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was magnificent, the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable.

The shower cabin had black coloured built mould around it and it was disgusting to see and shower in there. Very disappointing for a modern and apparently recently renovated bathroom.

Very comfortable stay

Excellent location close to Porta Nuova station and bus stop from the airport. It's also very close to major attractions in Torino city. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is really abundant and with plenty of choice

Rude check out

Bathroom clean, good location, and comfortable mattress.

The man in the reception very rude, it was on 30/12 he was annoyed because he had to wake up to check us out, it was around 6am, we could see him sleeping on the couch, very rude, raised his voice when we were trying to explain to him that our card had been charged, he was talking to us like we were stupid. Strong smell of cigarettes in the room even though we booked a non-smoking room. Don't be worth the price.

Exceptional

The location is amazing and just in front of the station. Main street is next to the hotel and easy to access to the city. Staff are very friendly.

The Gym room equipments are little bit old and not that comfortable to use.

Can be ok just to sleep for 1 night. Not more.

Bad breakfast. Small availability of everything. Its not the level of breakfast, that should be in a hotel. Owful american coffee- just a water with the coffee smell. We are in Italy. On every corner you will find coffee 100 times better. Put the espresso machine!
