    The room was very clean, comfortable with all the facilities required. It overlooked the back of the property and was vry quiet.

    I like the staff! Especially the lady in front office sith curly hair! :)
    I did not like the room. We stayed in 510 room, and it was 150 per night I understand it was New Year day, so as high price. But when we came inside the room Outside door was almost broken, not safe. The doors that leads to a bathroom - absolutely broken, even not closing. A toilet also after one flush does not stop water A shower was dirty and shower head spray water from the other parts We found complimentary tea.. but the pack was already open by someone else And the last thing was TV, remote controller out of batteries.. Sogood staff, good location but the room needs a lot of maintenance

    Location is perfect and close to everything
    The room was clean and we had ability to use the parking. It is perfectly located near everything that u need to visit the city. Has breakfast and the varation of food was good.
    The breakfast staff was not enough to handle the guests. The breakfast coffee machine and plates were not always clean I think related to being short staffed. The parking was a bit small and a bit hard to park.

    Hotel Got great locations, 3min walk from Porat Susa stop and go bus to airport. Is 20 min walk to Porta Nuova. Is 10min from close city center and main Streets. You dont need any car to explore Turin

    Everything was good besides the size of the room and of the beds. The staff was always very helpful, the breakfast was very good and You had a variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was also very good.
    In my opinion the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The beds weren't also that big, so i had to struggle a bit with my sleep.

    Hotel meets its level of 4star hotel. Personal was very kind to give me room upon arrival that was much more earlier than check in time and even made a complement of free breakfast. Thank you very much!!!
