We arrived very early (6am) and the front desk staff was very nice to let us sit at the lobby while we wait for check-in (3pm). But Mr Silvio helped us to an upgrade of our room as well as an early check-in. This really helped us settled in for an event we were attending nearby. We had a room with a beautiful view, overlooking the Olympic Valley. Breakfast was great and dinner was wonderful. The hotel is next to a commercial center and a short walk to the Metro. We will definitely consider staying here again.
