Superb

Great room. Lots of street noise at night on street side and weather noise in top floor room

Clean room. Good location for site seeing and food options. Comfortable bed. Great shower and hot water. Good communication with hotel operators via WhatsApp.

Top floor room so you will hear the wind and rain. Could hear drunk revellers outside at all times of the morning. In fact, you will hear a lot of what's happening outside. No elevators, so prepare for stairs.

Bed bugs

At the end of our stay we came to the conclusion that there were bed bugs in the room. My girlfriend is having horrible bites on her skin and we think we might have brought some home. We informed the host but their response was just a long worded sorry and that was it. I think bed bugs in a place where people stay and pay a lot of money for, is absolutely unacceptable and then we were met with a simple "sorry".

Very good

The hotel did not have an elevator, making it challenging to carry luggage up to the fifth floor. However, the room was clean and comfortable

There was no reception available, which meant that luggage couldn't be stored at the same hotel and had to be moved to another location.

Easy to find and access. Great location. Clean comfortable and warm

Slight smell in the bathroom. A plumber came to look at the shower without us being informed beforehand. Quite an early checkout time

A very great stay

Our stay was very delightful.. We met Merlin(yes, like the wizard) and he was very helpful of helping us checked in.. The place was clean(it was cleaned I think every 2 days), there was ameneties(coffee, teas,kettle, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner), the room was comfortable for 3 person with luggage(the heater was working fine because we came in November), the location was stategic(approx 10 minutes walk from Waverly Station and in a big street). Would love to come again to this place

Keep in mind that this is an old building, so there weren't any lift, you have to climb stairs with your luggage.. Other than that, we had a great stay..

Friendly, safe area, clean and quiet.

Clean and quiet. Location was great. Communication through Booking app was good and helpful.

We did like this accommodation a lot except for the amount of stairs to climb with large, heavy suitcases. Generally accessibility would be difficult for elderly and disabled.

Perfect location happy with facilities and staff very lovely apartment

Great location, staff friendly and responded to queries very quickly, overall lovely stay

Only one slight hiccup all weekend. Hot water stopped working but was quickly fixed by staff and the problem never happened again, but wouldnt stop me from staying again
