Superb

Great service and value for money!

Friendly, helpful staff and the location is great! Super close to the metro. We walked to the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty from the hotel. We left our bags after check out to enjoy the city a little more and they took great care of them.

The fabric on the headboards in the bead was coming off and the carpet felt a little dirty, but nothing bad to complain about, just keep it in mind if youre a little picky. Overall a great stay.

Great hotel entrance & nice rooms Nicely located in Soho The hotel helped us book a taxi to the airport at reasonable rates - which we appreciated

At the reception, the staff was not friendly and sounded very rude, specifically upon our arrival. The food at the restaurant could be better - it did not taste good The bathroom glass door in our room was broken The bathrooms at the reception were very dirty - which was disappointing

Superb

Nice design, clean, nice music in the hallway, staff were friendly

On the 8th floor there was no WiFi availability after we requested for a new room it was immediately granted. And from the windows there was a cold breeze.
