Great location and facilities

Great location, well decorated lobby/bar/cowork space. The hotel room itself was large, with a comfy bed and all the amenities you could need. Staff were friendly, would definitely stay again.

Had mugs and a kettle in the room but no tea spoon or tea or coffee supplies which would have been helpful.

Love the feel of The Ace, the style, music, overall vibe is great in the hotel. Enjoyed food at As You Are restaurant. The room was a nice escape from the busy world outside. Great size room from NYC.

Hard to give anything bad, one note though, if you have thick hair then bring your own hairdryer, the ones in the room are awful.

Snacks in the room are too expensive. Closet space is very limited.

Good choice if the price at the moment is not very high

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the main subway routes. The restaurant is not bad and was working on Christmas. On the lower floors you probably can feel vibrations from the subway, we felt it in the lobby. But on the 9th floor, everything was fine.

We spent the Christmas days there. The staff was friendly but unfamiliar with the local festive activities. The hotel itself offers no activities, so we didn't feel a Christmas vibe there. There were no decorations and even a tree.

Small room, contemporary/hip, so-so area

Loved the bar/lounge area and lobby. Very cozy.

The area wasnt great. Not many nice restaurants around.

The stylish atmosphere and cool staff. Restaurant as you are is good, hotels bar was great. Location is 100feet to a and c lines, on same street.

Superb

Brooklyn used to be home and our stay at the Ace was like being back at home

Its in a great location for Brooklyn Heights and the Barclays Centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room and excellent overall facilities.
