Superb

Great facilities and location for a New York break

Breakfast was excellent and freshly made to order. Location was ideal with subway station 5 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Had to continually request an additional towel as only provided to bath towels when there were three of us. Room not cleaned one day

My stay was nice and relaxing.

The property was well kept. I loved all of the inspirational quotes in the room.

The Water and Ice machine on the 12th floor didnt work. So I had to go all the way down to the lobby for ice.

A comfortable clean room to sleep in but not much more

Clean and staff were helpful

Room was small for 4 people, website said it had a bar but it didnt, surrounding area felt unsafe, we were harassed by a man on the street while walking to a restaurant around the corner

Comfortable convenience in downtown Brooklyn

Location, the gym, modern style, safe, nice fellow travelers and staff. 24 hr access snack shop was great too

Water on every floor would have been nice. A couple of bottles of water is standard and wasnt provided

Great location close to subway. Good delis around for food and drinks.

It was clean

The heat wasnt working and when call the front the desk they didnt help at all or even offered to change the room. Only offered a voucher to breakfast which it was highly disappointing
