North Parade Seafront Accommodation has a well-stocked bar, which during the winter season has limited opening but in the season there is bingo, games and entertainment. There is a guest lounge and a dining room serving breakfast and fresh home-cooked evening meals. All rooms are en-suite and provide tea/coffee-making facilities and TVs. Hairdryers and ironing equipment are also available. There is a lift to all floors of the property. The Embassy Centre, Pier and Amusements are 4 minutes’ walk away.     The location was brilliant. Staff was friendly and the rooms and corridors were clean
    The mattress was a disaster. When I sat on the bed you can feel the spring. It was a disturbed sleep . Woke up this morning and whole body was aching.

    - Located right on the seafront, most attractions within easy walking distance - Easy to find, with parking to the rear of the property - Lovely welcome by the staff on arrival and in the morning for breakfast - Reasonably priced breakfast in the morning, good portion sizes and good quality, service was the most efficient I've seen at any establishment! - Room clean and tidy on arrival - Selection of teas/coffee in room alongside bottles of water and shower gels, something which you seldom see nowadays Overall great stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone needing a lower cost place to stay in Skegness. Breakfast recommended.

    Great location, great B&B! A must stay in Skegness!
    I received a very friendly welcome upon arrival and was upgraded to a double room (I'd booked a single). The room and bathroom were spottlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and I sleep very well. The tea / coffe / biscuits in the room were a welcome treat. I didn't have breakfast but it smelt amazing - next time for sure!
    There was nothing I didn't like. I expected less fo the price I paid to be honest. Will definately book again!
