Guests can make use of tea/coffee-making facilities while some rooms also include lovely four-poster beds.Skegnesss centre, with its range of shops, amusements, and nightlife, is a 10-minute walk away.Limited free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When our parking spaces are not available there is plenty of unrestricted parking available on the adjacent streets. Car park spaces cannot be reserved.

    We were visiting Skegness for the bowls finals and the Sunningdale was ideal for our purpose.
    Breakfasts were excellent, location was ideal for the bowling greens, hosts were friendly and helpful but not obstrusive.

    Beautiful place staff was friendly and very inviting people and will definitely be going back

    The Sunningdale was in a great location, just a short walk from all amenities. Great few days away.
    Keith and Linda made us feel very welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Earlier booking in was a bonus. The property was very clean and you only had to ask if there was anything you required. Lovely breakfast which was always lovely and hot.
    There was nothing I did not like.

    My room was tucked away at the top of the building which was really nice. There was parking on site. It was warm and very welcoming.

    dcor was old and gaudy, mattress uncomfortable , towels thin , bathroom old. curtains paper thin so light came through about 04.30 am . The lounge shown on the pictures is the front entrance hall. Breakfast was a mystery we were not informed about it but you have to pre book pre-order and it is served 8.30 -9 am no outside seating area,
