Needs to be updated.

Excellent location and friendly welcome from owners. Room was comfortable but a little unkempt.Cleaning of the rooms was adequate although crisps were found under one bed. Although a dog friendly it was upsetting for a member of our family to step in some excrement on the path just outside the front door. The staff were on the whole friendly but an obvious atmosphere between members led to an awkward breakfast on our last day. On checking out there was no one to see us off and ask for our comments. It was surprising and I believe dangerous to see some visitors with children, exiting the dining room through the working kitchen All in all, I think that the hotels rating is resting on its old laurels and needs bring up to date.

Exceptional

Clive and his staff are absolutely brilliant couldn't do enough for us. The foods absolutely lovely. Really recommend anyone to stay there. We'll be back that's for sure. And it's literally on the doorstep to all the arcades bars an rides ect.

Superb

Best in Skegness

Julia and Clive welcomed us with a cuppa, showed us around and were very friendly. Decent sized room. Everything was clean and well stocked with tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked and hot. Service was excellent. Mini and Luna were a little extra bonus. Have stayed in other places locally but won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Sadly the bed was quite bouncy and could have been more comfortable.
