    Welcoming, comfortable and convenient
    It was a good location, we were staying close by to Butlins and it was just a 4 minute drive away. Parking facilities were available, and it felt very homely.

    Superb stay, wonderful hosts and excellent breakfast
    I can honestly say, our stay at The Southwold Guest House was excellent. It's very quirky with lots going on, but the highlight of our stay was the hosts - what wonderful caring people. They have made this guesthouse like a home and they treat all their guests in such a friendly respectful way. It was my mum's 79th birthday and they left a tin of celebration on the bed The breakfast was everything the reviews say - absolutely delicious!! I'm not a big fan of Skegness, but I would absolutely return to this guesthouse purely for the wonderful experience, and maybe visit Lincoln or somewhere else in a surrounding area. HUGE thanks to Les and Lisa who were SUPERSTARS - thank you for looking after us so well.
