    Nice staffs, great breakfast, standard and clean room, very great value!
    every stay is with breakfast and it was pretty descent! The hotel interior doesnt feel like a 4 star hotel but its a very standard and good value stay with clean sheets and comfortable room.
    The interior of the hotel feels quite old and outdated.

    Indoor parking is good, but seems expensive to us.

    Hotel and location are OK. Breakfast was very good.
    It was cold. Only 1 heater in the room and in a bathroom there is only a lamp as a heater. Hotel is good but if you need to catch a cold during a winter... it is not ok.

    The shower facilities are VERY strange. Open in the centre of the room. Privacy glass poorly placed. The hotel / room itself is extremely basic.

    Breakfast spreads were impressive. Room was comfortable.
    Location was far from train station and Christmas markets. Staff was disappointing. Recommendations for local restaurants we're met with deer in headlight looks and conferring with colleagues, mystified that easy question can stump front desk. Asked for additional bottle of water, would have gladly paid, that was a problem too. No bakery or cafes nearby. Just not what we hoped for. Lack of cozy ambiance as more of a huge conference style property.

    Excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable place
    We loved the breakfast varieties and everything was very well made and presented. Also, both at breakfast and everywhere in the hotel, we could notice the cleanliness. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station, we walked easily that distance with our bags. It's also within a 15-20 min walk from the old town centre, which is always a plus. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
