    Check in was very slow. Plenty of staff but small area to work in especially when photocopying id documents. Poor experience of waiting and watching other people slowly check in. You have info from booking .com about guest, stop asking customer to duplicate on hotel forms. Have it already transferred so we sign and go.

    Very modern and comfortable hotel
    Extremely comfortable bed and linen. Elegantly furnished room with a very spacious bathroom (and huge shower room), big tv, coffee machine and all necessary amenities. Close to the train station and city centre. Underground parking and dog-friendly (both reasonably priced).
    Triple glazed windows really cancel the noise of the trains, but if youre sensitive, perhaps best to specify at check-in.

    The location literally could not have been any better - right by the train station and also a few minutes walk away from the old town. The room itself is comfortable with the shower in particular being very good. Staff are friendly and the vibe in the reception area is nice. They also delivered a chocolate Santa to our room on Christmas Eve!
    The room was very warm, unnecessarily so and we were obliged to open the window most of the time. The breakfast is an absolute rip off at 23 Euros each. We were WiFi-less for the last 48 hours - the hotel said it was a Nuremberg-wide problem, which seems a bit dubious (got WiFi just fine everywhere else).
