Better front desk staff needed during a holiday.

Everything in the room itself was great. The cleaning staff were polite. Location is top, being that it is beside a mall, and is walking distance to tans, shops, and the cathedral. The separate waiting lounges at the lobby are a wonderful idea (see photo), but it would have been better if the ladies at the front desk told us about it while my family waited. The front desk staff could not find my name, and then thought a 5 year old would need a crib instead of a bed. It was so hard for me to explain to them that I asked for 2 twin beds for my daughters (which was what I booked on your website.) In the end, the beds were better than expected, but we could have done without the stress during check in.

The email indicated that a 50 deposit is required. That is totally fine for us. However, when we got to the front desk, they said they would hold 150 for my sister and her husband, and 300 for me and my family. It therefore affected how comfortable we felt in the room. I was afraid that if i put anything out of place, I would lose the 300. We arrived on the 26th, which is a holiday so perhaps the staff was inexperienced. The days after, the staff was better. Still, the impersonality of the staff on the 26th unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the trip.

Very good

The hotel is part of a shopping mall which is handy if you don't have breakfast there as you can buy it in the mall. It's super close to the old centre and also the train station.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet could have been better.

Parking location is extremely bad. I think the worst in my life. I won't come .

Love the location and stuff but lack of water at least is annoying

Location is perfect. We came with our daughter, extra bed given for her was very nice as well. Service personnel are friendly and helpfully.

Despite the fact that they ask for 400 euros of deposit, there is nothing in the room, mini bar is empty and the worst is there is not even a bottle of drinking water which is annoying. Location was very good but I couldnt sleep till 5 ama coz there is a bar or club in the same building and people walking out to smoke from there are so loud and in the room unfortunately you hear it all. It was Friday night.

Very good

Lobbie was so good as well as luggage service. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was almost perfect!

Check in is not standardised. We were 3 families and all had different approach. One family paid 150eur deposit, received 1 room card and got a gift for their 11 years old child. The other family paid 200eur deposit, no gift for child and received 1 room card. 3rd family paid 200eur deposit, no gift for child, 2 room cards.
