    Spacious room and well equipped kitchen, good gym on 9th floor and breakfast choices and service, Great wide open view on the city center from 9th floor bar. Good location close to tram stop directly to city center, good quality shop for groceries with 7h to 21 opening hours, and few bio restaurants nearby.
    1 Reception for two Marriot hotels in 1 building is a bit confusing and creates some waiting at the elevators. Hotel charges 50euro/night 'warrantee', handed back in case of 'good behavior/no damage'. Longer stay (good?) customers are less trusted (?) and have hence to pay up more caution. We paid 4 days upfront, showing trust in the hotel, and got distrust upon arrival, advancing 200 euro extra 'guarantee'. rooms are only cleaned after 3 days or upon request (as explained at arrival. I found a cup of a previous occupant under the bed.

    Very nice bedroom but really bad service
    The room was very nice and spacious. It was fully organized and well decorated.
    On the other hand, the breakfast area was small and that's why there was a wait to be served both to sit and to be served! The most important thing of course is that I'm sure I left my glasses on the bedside table, and when I contacted them a few hours after check out they said they couldn't find anything. This becomes impossible as I am sure they were there and I made several attempts on the phone and they said they would call me back or email me and that never happened unless I called again several times they pressed and sent an email which again they did not reply back. The service was bad. They were not interested and ignored my phone calls as the glasses were never found after all as they say. Their price does not matter, but that they are necessary.

    Very modern and well-equipped hotel. Cleanliness was okay, but not perfect. There were plenty of parking spaces nearby in the public area. Streetcar stops are in the immediate vicinity.
    HVAC was defective and was constantly heating to the maximum temperature. The problem was not taken seriously by the staff and the solution was to alternately ventilate and heat through the windows. An attempt was then made to repair it in our absence, but this was also unsuccessful. Information about this in advance or afterwards, if only because our room was entered, would have been appropriate. The staff at breakfast were completely overwhelmed. It was way too crowded and the buffet was terribly arranged. Always an alternating lack of dishes, drinks or food. There were certainly many guests present, but it should not be so disorganized. Even just before 7am only one of the three coffee machines was working. The shower door is an example of incompetent interior design. -> Chic and modern, but definitely more illusion than reality. Too expensive for the price.

    Breakfast was lacking in seating. The eggs were always cold. They sat us next to a couple who was coughing. Room service was hit or miss. One time I called for extra coffee pods and they were there within minutes. Another time I called for a clean towel and was told that they were in break and to call back!!

    Good size room, with comfortable bed and all necessary kitchen tools, convienent location, few minutes away from tram.
    Breakfast was a complete misunderstanding.. a lot of people, lack of cups, cutlery, water and etc. If this could be solved, there would be nothing to complaint about!

    Very good place to stay! only housekeeping to improve
    Beautiful, spacious rooms. Everything was new and beds were really comfortable.
    Housekeeping. It wasnt clean enough for a new hotel and 4*, dusty etc. They provide cleaning every 3 nights for residence Inn which is just fine. But unfortunately once they showed up they didnt do anything. They literally just made beds. We didnt make any mess but they didnt clean and that was obvious. Really annoying for 4*. On top of it on our last day housekeeper knocked on our door 1,5hrs earlier than our check out time asking if they can clean, which we found really rude.

    Overall a really good experience!
    New hotel/ building and quite well maintained. Room was great, quiet, and kitchen well stocked with essentials. Staff excellent, especially the cleaning and breakfast teams! Not too close to the main train station, but there is a tram /bus station (Wacken stop - the leaping red tiger alerts you) right next to the hotel and only a few short rides away from Strasbourg main station.
    Comfort: 1. Multiple requests for access to any English speaking channels - CNN, BBC, or CNBC Europe. They did not seem willing to address the issue probably bcos. they were just not subscribed to these channels despite listing them on both their printed guide and their tv line up. 2. Someone forgot they were designing a hotel entry You have to log your luggage up a steep flight of stairs to get to the front desk on arrival/departure. 3. Breakfast was plenty and for the most part good. However, it was always the same and the scrambled eggs possibly the blandest weve ever had. It would have been good to offer customers the option of an omelette ( for a change).
