Not good for families

New and clean

Not family friendly for those two reasons: 1) Terrible Iocation in the surburb of Strasbourg, 15 min walk from the nearest public transport. 2) Spa is only accessible during restricted hours to kids and the pool is simply forbidden for kids.

I like that spa

Staffs behavior is not good at all. I was too hungry and I asked restaurant staff when I can sit and eat because I did not have reservation. So she said 1 and half hour then I said ok Ill not make reservations so then she said ooo we can take you in 15 mins then. I waited after that I asked there is free spot , she said Ill take you in 15 mins , each time she said 15 mins , and made me so much angry . I waited 1 hour and she still says 15 mins please .

Good hotel, comfortable room, great breakfast.

Nice size room, breakfast buffet very good in terms of quality and variety.

We had not been told we must make a table reservation for dinner, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told there was no space. Fortunately the lovely restaurant lady gave us a table at the bar instead, and we had a great meal. For the wellness area, it was necessary to reserve 2 hours ahead (even just to use the pool) so unfortunately we werent able to swim.

There was all what was needed if you are going for business to the place Even access to local gym and spa

Small freezer in the room would be nice to have Sometimes one has to keep medications or even a small bottle of water But vending machines were at the ground floor so perfect

The hotel is situated in the "Innovation Park" which it was perfect for us with our two huskies. The service was Top, from the Reception stuff to the cleaning stuff. Parking space it was enough, the SPA it is amazing... We definitely will return

The restaurant is good option if you don't want to leave the area, but not the best food what we had. How ever the stuff are super friendly.
