    A mediocre stay at Le Lodge Brit Hotel Strasbourg Zenith.
    The guy on check in was great and he also served our drinks from the bar and served us food from the kitchen. The room was ok, the bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. The bed was ok.
    I thought overall it was an expensive stay, for what you receive and certainly does not represent good value. I would not stay here again, at this hotel.

    Not bad, but the price does not correspond to the quality
    Everything was good enough, but poor for four-star hotel. We could make check-in early. There were few bottles of water in the room. The bed was comfortable. There were some small bottles of cosmetic in the bathroom. Location is far from the city center, but there is 10-15 minutes to get it by tram.
    There were no bathrobes and slippers at the room. The shower hose was partly broken. All these things werent a huge problem, because we stayed for only one night. But its not good enough value for money.

    Nice hotel with great staff but would not return unless the breakfast was better.
    The reception area and the room are very nice and the staff is great!
    The breakfast was really subpar and also expensive. The hallways were dirty and not vacuumed during my 3 day stay and the parking spaces in the underground garage cannot fit a normal-size car.

    Great hotel but Glass bathroom doors are not cool
    The hotel is in a great location for attending a gig at Zenith. The staff were fabulous & the hotel is clean & welcoming
    Glass door leading to bathroom isnt good! I dont understand why you would install that. Privacy is needed for bathrooms. No one wants to see the other half sat on the loo having a poo! I saw things i cant unsee. Thank goodness we have been together over 20 years as that could have been a game changer! It is not a first date/ early on in relationship hotel!

    Comfortable stay in the suburbs of Strasbourg
    Very professional and courteous welcome at the front desk. Comfortable and spacious room. There is a car park with an electric charging station usable for a nominal fee.
    Not much in the area around the hotel, there were not even any restaurants open nearby when we were there. It's a residential area, really nothing besides apartments within walking distance, zero nightlife. It's necessary to take a tram to go anywhere.

    Located near the Tram, spacious rooms decorations uncommon.
    Breakfast was a no go, dirty cups , plates we had to ask, fruits horrible, egg boiler super slow and no varieties of served meal. Parking lot all occupied no info if garage was full instead advised us to park by the roadside. Closure of the bar was sad encounter. Less personell shortage i think less customer care.

    Would stay again and recommend.
    Clean rooms and public areas, in excellent condition. Feels welcoming. EV charging and secure parking. Very! Easy and cheap tram access to Strasbourg Center
    Parking garage is a little hard to find
