    Disappointing
    A week of no peace at all.
    The hotel was clean and the facilities and location were good.
    It was incredibly noisy. There was a huge development of apartments being built almost next door. The cleaning staff were noisy in the hallway, for hours every morning.

    Location of hotel was great right on the beach and also bars and restaurants the room was lovely we had a suit lovely views and balcony we only had breakfast which was nice could do with being hotter very clean hotel room cleaned every day bed was very big and comfortable

    We enjoyed what time we spent there and overcame the handicaps but we left a day early for the reasons stated above and
    Location, balcony
    Garage didnt belong to hotel and no lift from our tower to garage. Staff was not helpful. Breakfast was in two 45 minutes sessions and this was at a weekend finishing at 10.00!! Bedroom floor very slippery making it a torture for my partially handicapped wife to get dressed

    A great place to stay, will be back
    Great room with partial sea view. The room was warmed by the sun so it was really comfortable and cosy without using air con type heating. Breakfast was excellent, great choices, so many options, we had something different each day Staff were friendly and really efficient

    The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
    There were charges to use the room safe and to have a kettle in the room.

    Lovely hotel but I would not recommend that anyone eats hear, there are so many very good restaurants within a few minut
    Location, worth the extra to upgrade your room to a junior suite very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the Med
    Food was not hot at anytime lodged several complaints which did not register refused to pay 70 for soup and desert on Christmas Eve as the main courses were poor and not hot, which was very disappointing. It led to a confrontation at check out but I stood my ground and this was eventually taken off my account. Front desk staff became quite confrontational but I stood my ground which should not have happened as we had spoken to the guest experience manager on the evening (miribell) and she said she would be there at check despite front desk staff confirming she was in they both tried calling her for help but surprise surprise she did not answer her mobile phone and nowhere to be seen sums it up really

    Excellent short stay
    Suite was spacious and comfortable with excellent see view. Location could not be better for both the beach, restaurant's and town centre. Breakfast was good with excellent choice.

    Great location, good selection of food and drinks and a comfortable bed!
    Great location and nice hotel.
    Was not keen on the open shower in the bedroom would have preferred an actual bathroom rather than a separate toilet and an open shower in the room.
