    The staff were wonderful. The food was excellent, rooms were comfy, the view is spectacular, and the NYE dinner was way better than we expected. We will be coming back to the IPV in the future
    The gym equipment is pretty poor, almost nothing for weight training

    Fantastic Christmas and New Years celebrations with excellent service from all the staff.
    Excellent facilities and very confortable. The food choices were very good.
    dress code for the evening dinners has fallen. 8 years ago no-one was allowed into the dining room wearing shorts or jeans, unfortunately nowadays anything goes . The staff are always smart, why cant some of the guests do the same?

    the employees were very welcoming and professional.parking free.good position
    The hotel has great potential, being on the beach and close to the mall. It also has generous rooms and spaces everywhere, but there are many things for the owners to do. the hotel needs renovation. the duvet is an old system with blankets that I haven't seen in hotels for a long time. the pillow is hard. the doors slam and wake up the customers. the carpet in the hallway is rotten, etc.

    The staff were very nice and helpful on many occasions. The location was very good. The food was very good at breakfast and the evening. The pool and outdoor area was very pleasant.
    The rooms require a major renovation, I went there in 2007 and the rooms have not changed. There is a charge to use the indoor , I think as guests we should be able to use the pool as part of their fee.

    Location is good. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Nice view.
    Uncomfortable pillows. The light in the room balcony cant be turned off by night, so we didnt enjoy the sea view by night.
