Very good

Christmas at Old Grey Mare

It's comfortable and clean. The food is good. The staff are polite and friendly and very helpful. The Old Grey Mare is in a good location to other pubs and restaurants and also opposite Hull University.

I can't think of anything I don't like.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean if a little basic

No bedside lamp Tv wasn't tuned in although that didn't affect my stay Biscuits would have been appreciated

The location of the hotel staff are always friendly

The room was freezing when we checked in heating wasn't working . Was woken at 6am to sound of washing machine spinning in a room below and barrels being moved

I love the staff. I visit a lot for work from Sunderland and have got to know them well. Food is always exceptional.

Very good

For one night it was ok but want to stay longer too basic. Would stay again if needs must.

Room was very clean and not bad value for 54. Pillows were amazing and bathroom was huge.

Toilet didnt work properly, took 2 or 3 goes each time to flush. Only 54 but very basic room. Lacks mirrors and plug sockets

Tv didn't work. Toilet was a disgusting shade of brown. Room needed a total refurb.
