Worst place I ever stay in Kuantan after 5 years visited Pahang.

Staff helpful.

Double payment can't get refund. RM74 paid at counter and Agoda suddenly charged RM59.63. Original receipts and credit card statement still have to prove. Openly cheating by both parties.

The toilet is quite mouldy, unpleasant smell, and dirty toilet bowl. The room needs good maintenance anyway. Side bed light is not functioning.

The staff was friendly. I asked two rooms but not in the same level and the staff fullfilled my request.

Th toilet was not cleaned enough when we checked in. Should have improved better next time.
