The property had its challenges.
The dishwasher flooded on the first night which then flooded the toilets and showers
The stair nosing was just sitting on the stair so came off and our son cut his foot.
The pool was a quarter empty
Some wall sockets didnt work.
We arrived at midnight to an email from Sweet Vacation rentals to say they didnt have our $500 bond so they wouldnt give us the door code (we paid it 2 days earlier and they did have it) The community facilities (pool and bar etc) were closed for renovations and that was one of the main reasons why we booked the house. Communication with Sweet Vacation rentals was appalling. They would say - only the manager can help you. We will have him call you back. He finally called us back on day 7 of our trip only to say he would talk to someone and call us back and then never did. Shocking service from Sweet Vacation Rentals. If I was the home owner I would be changing property management companies. Terrible service.
