Very good

It's absolutely cosy. Worth the money we paid. Thank you very much for everything

Staff friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is great, the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of variety.

There were no towels for hands and face in the room. There were only napkins, but they were left over from previous guests and they were used and only 3-4 sheets were left. The heating system was not very good but I can't say it was bad

Great staff & location. However, the rooms need an upgrade.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and pleasant, particularly the young lady who greeted us on reception. Your staff are a credit to your business.

The room was very tired and in need of a full refurbishment.
