Superb

Excellent property, value for money in great location near to beach, restaurants and shops

A very spacious, clean and comfortable villa ideal for our party of 8 people. This three story, 4 bedroom property could easily accommodate more people with the two living rooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms (making it feel like two flats on two levels) and a lovely roof space with 3 roof terraces including conservatory and a huge ground terrace - very impressive for the money!

No private pool although the hotel and its lovely pool is just a very short hop across the quite street

Casablanca Staff is extremely friendly , good to have access to pool and short distance to beach and restaurants, Finca

Weve been there already in 2022 and was a great finca with a lot of space , kitchen is good equipment the same like bathroom and bedroom

Its time for a bit renovation but as we learned will happen this winter and this time we had a lot of ants in the house which was not happening in 2022

Very good

We had a very smooth and relaxing week!

We collected the villa keys from the reception of Hotel Casablanca upon arrival & the villa is situated across the road, with full use of the hotel pool, pool bar and restaurant. The villa is rustic, but clean, comfortable and with plenty of space for a group or at least two families. All the staff we dealt with at various times throughout the week were very friendly, kind and helpful. They were patient and helped us book some great day trips. We didnt end up eating at the hotel restaurant, as we ended up making our own breakfast & preferred the freedom to eat at the local restaurants. The pool area was really clean, nice and had plenty of loungers and enough shade and is a family friendly pool, yet would also be nice if you are staying without children, as there are plenty of quiet areas to relax. It is a short walk to Santa Pona beach and many cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Easy transport links by bus or taxi to nearby towns and attractions. We checked out at 11am, but were able to leave out bags in a safe room and still use the pool and a shower, as we had a later flight. Overall, we had a great stay! Muchas gracias to the staff at Hotel Casablance!

It would have been great to have a towel change at the villa during the week. We thought this was scheduled every 3 days, but perhaps was forgotten and we never got around to asking. We managed fine though, as we had also brought our own pool towels and there is a washing machine in the villa.

Great place, close to the centre

Liked it was fantastically located, 5 minutes walk from the beach, on a quiet street. It was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, which is great for a long stay.

Its a shame the walls show evidence of killing flies and mosquitos but thats my only minor issue.
