A beautiful hotel with amazing service!
The service was outstanding. The property was beautiful and the common areas were very well kept. The food was exquisite.
The bedroom we stayed in was a little dated.

    Very good
Marsh family review of Penmaenuchaf Hotel
We stayed in two different rooms, a delux for 2 nights and a classic for an impromptu 3 evening. Both were comfortable with good bathrooms. Dinner was fantastic and breakfast was amazing. Lovely country house, beautiful staircase and sitting rooms. We would stay again but will be more prepared.
Prices for the evening dinner were unknown at the time of booking. It wouldn't have stopped us having dinner but when you find out dinner is more expensive than the room your staying in, well that's a surprise. I sent a list of allergies through prior to arrival and the first day it was dealt with brilliantly but the second days breakfast it was like they had forgotten and I felt very awkward when returning my breakfast for the lady to announce very loudly "she's allergic to the kitchen"

    Overall a great stay
Lovely setting . Great rooms. Loved the location
No prices on the menu which made it difficult to select a meal as prices are a key element in decision of what to eat

    Good
    Great food, awful location,
The restaurant at the hotel was good value for money for exceptional quality food, The Gluten free options were available which was a big plus for my partner couldn't praise the head chef enough for turning the experience round
The location of the hotel was miles from Snowden when i entered the search via booking.com it said it was within 2 miles which was very disappointing after a long day to have an hours drive. The hotel itself was a nice hotel although a few negatives regards our room, we had mould around the sink top, flaky paint to the windows in the bathroom, The TV remote didnt work & The radiator when switched on is the nosiest radiator I've ever encountered so hard to sleep due to the noise all of the above nit really expected in a hotel at this price point
