Great stay. Just not on the 5th floor.

Great location, amazing breakfast.

They put me on the 5th floor. The bedroom is served on the 6th floor. The floors on the 6th floor are old and make a lot of noise. So I woke up at 6.30am (breakfast starts being served at 7am) with the noise from people walking on the floors above. Not great. Ask for a different floor.

A lovely stay.

Being the oldest hotel in Bilbao it is amazing how the interior is having the old and modern touch. Very clean, great location and friendly staff and most helpful.

Great location, everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance. We didn't eat at the hotel but there was a lovely coffee & cake shop nearby which was really nice.

Perfect!

The location o perfect! You are in the old city center, but close to the blidge to get to the business center. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is over my expectations: various food, fresh fruits, juices. Highly recommend!

Pleasant

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Walls just need sound proofing!

Great location in the Old City for shops and bars/restaurants, opposite a supermarket. Room was extremely clean and comfy. Free Wifi. Staff super friendly.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on, from the squeaky floorboards, people coming and going, the noise from the streets below.

A fabulous stay where I felt really cared for. Fantastic staff. Very clean and comfortable room.

Very clean room. Amazingly helpful staff with local insights and knowledge about what to do, where to go and what to eat. Front desk staff, Victor and Nadia were lovely and very helpful.
