    The structure of the hotel is really good, but the coffee break should have more options western.

    Lovely views but a dated hotel
    The hotel was in a great location away from the noise right at the edge of the island,with stunning views of the harbour alongside up close views of the cliffs it was a beautiful view.
    We chose to stay at this hotel for Christmas ,as I have previously been to Phi Phi many years ago and loved this hotel, now considering this is said to be a FOUR star hotel it was so far away from that..This hotel is so dated and needs a complete re makeover as you can see so many faults for example in the room there was marks all over the walls ,the shower had mould on it alongside this the light in the bathroom never worked, the sofa was torn,the floor had discoloured ,the list could go on and on , the fact that the hotel hasn't spent a single bit of money with the up keep is concerning and says alot about how much they care about their guests. If I saw the hotel before booking I definitely wouldn't have. On two of the nights we stayed the cleaning staff just barged into the room without a knock at the door or anything I found this invasive and disrespectful, however when speaking to the hotel manager about this concern ,in a polite manner ,her response to this seemed neither bothered or empathetic towards the situation. Overall I would say this place is not value for money and more of a 2 star than a 4.

    That was definitely the worst place I ever stayed in all my life. Its an old hotel, that somehow doesnt look bad on photos. The cleaning was bad, shower was full of mould. Floor was sticky, although it looked clean, it wasnt. There arent many options in Phi Phi, but theres definitely better options for the same price. Not even the breakfast was good, only one option of bread, just one or two options of fruit and just a few more options of food. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Dont spend your money here!

    James Bond like experience.
    Had a room opening onto the upstairs pool. An amazing experience. The view was sensational. Room was spacious, staff friendly and helpful and the location was just 400m stroll from the main jetty and it was on the beach.
    The building needed paint! It would have been nice to have the restaurant open for lunch and dinner bu not a big issue as many alternatives near by.
