Disappointing

The view from the top of the resort and shuttles into town or the beach

Food was basic at best, microwave used far too much for our liking. Breakfast was amongst worst I've experienced. Water park was dated and a lot out of order. Paint chipped on slides liable to cut. Facilities in room were basic as well. But comfortable for most part. The toilet handle did not work and staff acknowledged this but laughed it off with no effort to fix. For the price we just expected an awful lot more.

I liked the shuttle bus drivers they were friendly and helpful

The bathroom smelt disgusting we asked for a superior sea view room and couldnt see the sea,the reception staff were rude and unhelpful,you had to ask them something about three times before it was done,I stood at reception for about 5 minutes before any of the three staff acknowledged me,its not what it looks like on booking.com there is a big man man made lake sort of thing with black plastic lining which is not pretty to the eyes which they dont show in their photos

Pool was tatty. Transferring from hotel to town is a chore Language barrier of staff is hard work Not enough hot water to fill a kettle let alone a bath

Lovely apartments shame about the staff

The apartments were very spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable.

Staff had poor English and generally didnt understand what was being said. We didnt get an aircon remote, had asked repeatedly to get one. 2nd villa booked for our children tv didnt work and was not the correct room poolside instead of ocean view, no explanation given. Also tried to tell us we didnt have breakfast for children, then caved in when I showed them the booking. No power for an afternoon. Receptionist got nasty when I asked her to waive the shuttle bus fee for all the trouble we had, called manager and what do you know caved in again.
