    The shower in the room had no pressure it was just a dripple the room was hot to sleep at night.

    Philmar stay 11th 13th aug
    The location is between two of our favourite eateries in skegness and not too far from the beach so it's a definite win for us. The room had everything needed and was lovely and clean. Jo was lovely very friendly at check in and via message before hand. Fab break will definitely consider rebooking with Jo again.
    Having to check out at 10am but I like my sleep lol

    Great weekend away , great guesthouse.
    Location was great, spotlessly clean, rooms were a good size, no problem with parking, staff very helpful and friendly, quiet and peaceful area, definitely going back .

    Lovely welcome from Joanne. Nice clean room and close to everything.
    There was a kettle and cups and even a biscuit in the room but had to pay for tea &coffee to be put in room. I asked for this on the Saturday and it wasn't done. Very disappointing
