Staff steeling from us. The poor quality food. Lack of facilities without payment when its supposed to be all inclusive. Room infested with flies.

This is a beautiful resort and overall myself and my daughters enjoyed our stay.

The resort was beautiful and very clean. The room was also comfortable and very clean. I had a swim out and loved the view from my room and the swim out. Most of the staff was very friendly, helpful and kind.

Very few restaurants open at brunch/lunch times. I would have loved for there to be a heated pool on the adult side. I had a swimout but the water was freezing. I would have loved for at least the swimout to be heated. There was a show on Friday, December 22nd and the emcee pointed a gun at a young black man on the stage. He also referred to this young man as blackity black. This was very rude and racist. It was also uncomfortable to watch. This one incident put a very negative view in our minds of the resort.

The room was big

It is not an adult only resort. You walk through a door and it connects to the family side. Majority of the food places are on the kids side. The food is not good at all. They closed the pool before seven.

Excellent facility overall with a few hiccups.

Beautiful property. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Excellent beach. Friendly staff. Plenty of activities to keep you busy or just relax and unwind as we had the swim out type room.

Booked king suite gave me two double beds for first two nights. Switched on third night but had to be without a room from noon to 4pm after being promised it would be ready at noon. Watched others check in as we sat there waiting for our room to be ready. New room had the king bed but then the toilet backed up and the AC didnt really work. Felt I was being punished for asking for the type room I had originally booked anyway.
