Very good

Great hotel for nice family adventure

Hotel was really nice, huge rooms and really clean. Breakfast was abundant and food was good. The location is amazing as it is next to the Park, also its great Value for money as it includes the tickets to the Park and the basic fast passes that you would requiere for a couple of days.

The hotel could have some more activities or nicer Common reas as the Park closes early, for example the hotel bar was kind of poor.

Superb

Amazing hotel option for Portaventura

Great hotel very close to the Portaventura park. The rooms are great (had the deluxe room) and very big. We had the full board option and both the breakfast and dinner at the hotel are great. Pools look also amazing but it was to late in the year to use them.

The stuff needs to improve their english skills. Breakfast and Dinner limited time is somehow stressful.

Great location and good value for money with tickets included.

Great location and decent buffet though a bit on the unhealthy side. Staff is attentive and got us checked in fairly quick. Parking is about 1 minute walk away, while the park is about 10 minutes.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable with it being too hard. Guess this is up to the individual but if you prefer medium to soft mattresses or with a topper this bed is the exact opposite. With that said the rooms are of great size and you don't feel crammed with a family sharing one.

Very good

Nice but defo not worth it

It was clean and tidy and very spacious. Cleaning staff lovely - reception staff were rude.

There is no kettle or iron in the room and if you want one you have to pay. Dinner isnt until 7.30pm which was a shame as we had kids who needed to eat earlier - the toasties in the bar didnt cut it. We stayed in the new part and it was lovely but there was no one on reception so took about 30 mins to get our luggage out of the luggage room.
