The lobby is really nice, the staff is friendly and the location is great.

The room could use more cleaning. The room we stayed in (1316), door frame on the right hand side was falling apart, some of the outlets did not work either. Also, guests put their trash out in the hallways and it does not look good. The hotel could use some more work, especially since the location is near Disneyland/ Anaheim convention center and many people/tourists stay there.

We loved that the property was walking distance from Disneyland and overall was a great choice!

We loved that the property was walking distance from Disneyland! The beds were comfortable and we had daily clean towels. There was a souvenir store, CVS, Walgreens, IHOP, and Dennys right next door.

The property needs some interior carpet cleaning. Both sinks and the tub wouldnt drain properly in our room. They also charged me a $50 nightly deposit that wasnt noted when I booked my hotel room. The Qr code with the food didnt have great selection and items were sold out daily.

It's close to disney Park, and there is a CVS near the hotel which helps for last minute items.

The family room I got was not well put together. I've stayed at Portofino plenty of times this being the first time staying in a family suite. I liked that there was enough beds for everyone but the way the room was set up made it hard to use some of the facilities. It only had 1 table to eat at or store items on. The maids don't come in and at least collect trash so the trash bins were full after our 2 days of being there. The bathroom was also a big headache. First the bathroom locked after my daughter used it so we had to unlock the door from the outside to get it open. Then the shower head was almost like a mist so it felt like the shower was so long in order to fully get cleaned. The hot water only lasted my husband half his shower and then it was nothing but cold. We only had 4 towels in the bathroom for a family suite and only a couple pillows which we had to go to front desk to get more which they only had 2 available. I like portofino for when it's just me and my husband, but to take my kids I'd have to pick another hotel.

I will never stay again nor recommend.

Location was the only perk about this property. However, I will never stay again and cannot recommend.

There was no maid service or towel delivery. Staff was extremely immature and rude when I phoned to tell about a late arrival. Not a good value on room as it was one of the least clean facilities I have ever stayed. Muggy, hot and smelly on arrival. Extremely disappointed.
