Very poor

Impossible to sleep in this apartment

The view over the river was nice and the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped.

The bed was horrendously uncomfortable. It was the typical two singles pushed together - which is generally annoying when sleeping as a couple. But on top of that the mattresses were clearly very old and they both had a sharp decline into the middle point of the bed. While I got a little sleep, I woke up with a terrible back ache from the constant repositioning out of the dip, my partner got no sleep at all. The apartment was also cold and drafty from the window and selotaped over air vent in the living room. The location of the apartment was also poor. The views over the river were nice but the area itself was clearly quite deprived. There were mattresses in the street and multiple rough sleeper in the car park.

Very good

Overall value for money, but poor parking facilities.

Well maintained other than a wall vent whistling like a turbo charger due to the wind.

Parking felt very insecure. Wouldnt leave my car there.

Outside the car park was full of homeless people begging for money Very intimidating and you have to walk past them in such a bad car park Next door to a night club with blazing music and full of drunk people Didn't even stay the night due to my boy falling poorly

Anna is the best house manager!!! Friendly and very professional. The apartments are super clean and have all the basic things you need. Location is perfect!

Lighting in the car park needs to be looked at ....sometimes no lights n very dark. Can feel unsafe

Excellent value for money for a modern apartment in a central location.

A great location, 10 mins walk away from the center. The modern design and facilities including a coffee machine and large smart TV. We were on the 9th floor and we had a peaceful sleep due to no traffic noise. Great view of the city and the river. The staff were really helpful and friendly, provided us with extra coffee pods.

We werent able to open the windows, and because of the weather, the condensation blocked the view. The sofa wasnt very comfortable. The kitchen could do with extra lighting, maybe under the cabinets as it was a bit dark.
