I wish to give them 100 not 10 ,we have met with love specially my baby ,early checkin ,perfect breakfast ,provided soft drink and water to the room , clean room with prett view and the people in reception are the heroes they saved our vacation and borrowed us a baby stroller until we receive ours and provide us with early breakfast in the room as we have early plan even our trip guide (not booked through the hotel) told us you choosed a lovely hotel, thank you dear

It's a nice friendly hotel with good facilities and an excellent breakfast

The hotel has an inexplicable out of character meanness when it comes to tea bags for your room, limiting them to 2 a day and expecting you to pay if you ask for more!!!

Additional fee was applied to all basic spa facilities, while spa facilities are to be included when I stay at a spa hotel. breakfast is pretty ordinary for this price. Plus, we havent got any tea after spa, as promised. The hotel obviously needs renovation.
