Location. Very good restaurant in the hotel Esco-bar, with amazing staff. The room was always clean and all the staff in the hotel was nice.

The hotel beach could be nicer, if you compare it with others. And no alcohol on the beach.

Disappointing

Disappointed with this hotel for several reasons

The hotel faces the beach, has a good rating on Booking, but unfortunately I don't intend to stay at this hotel on my next trip to Dubai.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this hotel for several reasons. I will list some of them: 1. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled due to non-payment, but payment had been authorized on Booking and the reservation was still active on Booking. After checking at the bank, I learned that the payment had not been authorized for security reasons, but neither Booking nor Radysson informed me. 2. Because my reservation was cancelled, there was no longer a double room available, and I had to accept a room with 2 single beds on a trip I was taking with my wife. This was only resolved the next day with a room change. 3. One of the attendants was not friendly on several occasions, embarrassing us at certain times. 4. You cannot use the hotel's common areas if you are not consuming. For example, in the hotel's external hall space there are 2 restaurants, but you can only stay there if you are consuming. The hotel's swimming pool has a jacuzzi, but access is restricted to people drinking at the pool bar. Even if you are a guest, you cannot use it if you are not consuming it. 5. To end the chaotic service we received, at check-out we asked for an invoice for the expenses and the attendant gave us a note with only 1 daily rate, which was the additional daily rate for the first 7 days of accommodation. Due to this discrepancy and the time it was taking to resolve, I asked them to send it by email. To this day, I haven't received it.
