    All staff helpful, 30 min walk to disney, but ubers are about $8 so we did a mix of both.
    We had what we needed.
    Felt a little dated considering it was recently refurbished, but it was fine.

    Overall great hotel upkeep was excellent rooms nice but had minor flaws.
    Breakfast was ok could of been more variety?
    The room door had a bad opening in the jam you could see people walking by through the opening. The door lock also did not fully close only partially like 1/4 turn. Felt a bit insecure the rough the night while sleeping. I had to place a chair by the door to feel more comfortable.

    Close proximity to Disney and very clean.
    Rooms were compact for a family.

    24-Hours in Anaheim for Designer-Con '23!
    Hotel location was very convenient for us, it was only a few minutes of a walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center.
    The breakfast bar area was too small, not enough seating available. We had to take our food back to our rooms.

    The breakfast and location were good.
    Cold showers every morning. Broken plug so the kids couldnt use the bath. Homeless people dumping their belongings outside the bedroom window.

    Didn't Feel Safe
    It was close to Disneyland and the Toy Story Parking lot. The breakfast service staff were really nice.
    A person high on drugs repeatedly banged on our door demanding to be let in and saying it's their room. The peep hole in the door was blocked by a small piece of paper so I couldn't see who it was. I was able to get the paper out with some tweezers but the person was gone. My family didn't feel safe staying here. Also, they shouldn't serve burnt waffles at breakfast.
