Dated,loud & uncomfortable.

Not much really accept for the people I attended with.

We were originally booked in the Ramada but then moved to the holiday inn. On arrival we were told that we couldnt get any food as there was an event on a heads up before arrival would have been nice as we never even booked this hotel. The noise level was ridiculous causing me and my friend to not be able to sleep the night before the wedding. There was a Christmas party going on and music and people shouting outside the hotel at unsociable hours. The heat of the hotel is stifling and uncomfortable another reason for not being able to sleep. Rooms are dated, no batteries in a/c remote we had to take them out of the tv remote which barely worked either. The a/c units are so dated and loud. Beds are the most uncomfortable thing Ive ever slept on and the pillows were like sleeping on a brick. Staff are pretty unengaged seems like they would just rather not speak to you. Or when they do look at you its an insulting look. Overall terrible stay would not recommend. Defiantly not worth the price we paid.

Could smell how clean it was on walking in. The place was spotless! Really handy having airport type trolleys available for luggage. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was super comfy.

Very well taken cared of! 5stars for everyone

I love the amenities and bar service. All of the staff are knowledgeable of not just one area, they can work in two different departments in one shift which I find is really amazing! Kudos to the team. 5 stars for all.

When I was there, there is no room service available but I was redirected to their bar, where you can order your food and you just need to bring it to your room yourself.

Superb

Location & parking very convenient. Room was ready early, so checked in effortlessly. Staff friendly and helpful. Family room was unique, top floor with attic style windows, sofa bed double bed and pull out bed. Chdren loved it. Very very clean. Pool are clean, and pool very warm.

Shower had no power at all, trickles out. Beds and pillows are very very hard. Hotel did not state that the pool had swimming lessons in, so you have a tiny roped off area and they get 5 /6th of the pool for lessons. Children couldn't have fun due to having to stay quiet for lessons and very small area to actually swim. If other hotel guests came the same time it would have been impossible to be in there the same time. This should be on the board with opening times. Breakfast- poor toast machine, bread went round 5 times in the end and no colour to it at all. stale breads but hot food great.
