Super happy with my stay. Will happily visit again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was great. Bed was big and comfy and excellent bathroom facilities.

Good location - nothing else good about it

Location was good for what we wanted

1) No restaurant and the Holiday Inn next door was fully booked for Christmas parties that they didn't let us know about. 2) The air con had no instructions 3) Room looked directly over a car park and had no blind or net curtains 4) Breakfast was only continental 5) The whole place shut at 11:00 and the staff were quite rude about it and didn't tell us that when we booked or when we left early in the morning

Very good

The warm and friendly receptionist. The bed was extremely comfortable and a decent check out time to allow for a much needed lie in!

The breakfast was strange - so a vat of bacon, another of beans but no eggs. There were stale mini croissants which was also disappointing.

In the room stayed in There is not a lot of storage space for putting clothes or not lot of hangers no shelf to put kettle etc a corner shelf by bedside was hanging off but sorted on staying very efficient only the air conditioning over the door Faraway From everything for heat which does not keep the room very warm at-all The plug in the sink was full of hair !! it stunk like sewers No toliet brush to clean the toilet when youve been staying there for A few days its not nice as you dont get room the cleaned everyday on stay !! Yes you provide fresh towels ,milk , toilet rolls But nothing like freshening your room up every day
