We saw a show at the Fox and the location was perfect!

I did not get the room I booked. I needed a two queen suite and they said they only have a king suite.

Exceptional

Excellent stay at this hotel. Would definitely be a first choice for me and my family.

The amenities. The jr suite was very comfortable.

Not keeping up with the Marriott brand. Corner cutting at every step lowered user experience.

Wifi was good and the interior cleanliness was good. Key cards seemed more reliable than at other hotels. The amenities provided for the kitchen were good.

Breakfast experience was atrocious, food was passable at best and no healthy options. And they wouldn't re-fill breakfast half hour before the actual breakfast end time (which was early at 9AM), so often there would be very little food left. They weren't using reusable plates and cutlery so a lot of landfill-bound waste was created by guests every day. There was no lockbox. When I called the front desk, I was told that not all rooms have a lockbox. I have not been to a hotel where I've not seen a lockbox. Hotel windows were very dirty. It seems like they have never had exterior windows cleaned. Paper towels were very very bad. The staff seems to be putting twin sized fitted sheets on queen beds so they never fit well and easily come off one side. Bed and pillows were too soft and did not offer any support, so I slept on the couch. Looks like caretaking staff don't report issues to management, so there was a problem with a light bulb that hadn't been fixed and the carafe from the coffee maker in the room was missing and wasn't replaced.
