The staff was great and friendly, very understanding and helpful!! I absolutely loved my stay.

The room was spacious for the price, the breakfast was good, nice and clean.

The pool wasnt heated and over chlorinated. For it to be cold outside the pool was just as cold. Toilet had no cover on the back so water sprayed on the back walls.

The breakfast was fine

I didn't like the fact that I booked a room for 145.77 for 11/22 and when I got there I had to pay 170 dollars cuz the guy told me that the rates fluctuate everyday and that Marriot doesn't tell there customers that I told him that the whole point of booking a room for a certain price is so I could pay that price it didn't matter he told me if I had any questions to call Marriot and also before I paid for the room he asked me why I wanted the room I told him needed a clean place to cook my Thanksgiving dinner I needed the oven he said great but when I got to my room there was no oven so I called the front desk and they told me I couldn't switch rooms cuz they was completely booked and I was informed there was a no refund policy he should have told me when I told him why I needed that room before I paid for it that it didn't have a oven that was the whole reason I booked one there

Our first time in Tulsa and we were thrilled to have a safe, clean hotel close to so many shops and restaurants.

Clean room, full kitchen, safe location, good price.

The mattress was a little more firm than my old aching joints prefers. A soft mattress is just a personal preference though.
