Please be more customer-oriented.

New designed hotel. Big modern rooms with small kitchenette (including sink). The biggest sofa we used before. Very warm inside the room. Nice staff on front desk. Good swimming pool and rest area.

- just two bath towels for 6 people - no bedding for sofa - glitching for opening the room door by the card - very disappointing that kitchen men cleared out all food at 9:21 when breakfast time is till 9:30. You can dont add the food, but dont take away the food before the breakfast is over. So much families with kids are stayed hungry and no tolerance from his side. At 9:30 he started to clean up the floors and tables, when we people still have their breakfast and he kicked out from the breakfast room. This attitude was terrible and affected to our experience with this hotel. Were traveling so much and I can see the difference between the attention to details and hospitality. Its not motel6 where you know what to expect.

The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful.

The gentleman working breakfast was VERY, VERY rude to one of the guest who was eating. I felt so bad for the guest.

A Nights Stay

Location. The three employees we came in contact with exercised Good Guest Service... they probably did the best they could with the weekend staffing situation.

Wasn't impressed with this Springhill Suite, and it wasn't up to a Marriott standard. I reserved a room for 3, King with Sofa sleeper. *Door didn't open easily. *We only had towels for 2 people *NO BEDDING for the sofa sleeper After a long day, we had to retrieve our own bedding and towels. *The elevator needs to be checked. *The waffle maker needs to be replaced. * Charger needs to be on both sides of the bed.

It was good

I like the convenience of the location.

The reason we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool. They did not advertise that the pool was broken. The pool was under construction and they offered an alternative to go to the hotel next-door to swim but you cant bring small children out in the freezing cold between two hotels when theres no covered walkway. So that was disappointing. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for that reason. There was also some stains on the couch furniture but otherwise everything is fine.

The room was nice and housekeeping was nice they gave me towels when I asked them.

The breakfast could have been better sausage was not cooked well but the coffee was good

Below average and the staff was rude on two days of our stay which resulted in us going to breakfast elsewhere

The cleaning person left my room door open and exposed for theft for several hours while we were at conference and your management staff acted with no regard or empathy and never even followed up to make sure nothing was taken.

Disappointing

Rude staff

The room was decently clean.

I left a pair of sunglasses in my room and after checking out it was impossible to get someone to answer the phone. When I stopped by the woman at the desk acted like I was bothering her when I walked up. She couldnt even be bothered to check lost and found.

Could have been better

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok

Staff asking what brings us there...staff could just have welcomed us and say enjoy your stay...floor of bathroom not clean, it had visible shoemarks which disappointed me. Breakfast at 8am didnt have enough bacon for guests...they should have bacon till 9:30am for all guests.
