    It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. They even did some of our laundry which was such a big help. Great location to grocery store, restaurants, and a short walk to the lake.

    The place is clean and modern all new rooms. Rooms are beautiful and quiet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place is very close to the city centre.

    1. A bad smell comes out of the bathroom at times 2. There is only one small towel in the bathroom 3. sound insulation 4. Needs some attention and improvement to be a great hotel

    Hotel looks really nice from outside, staff were friendly and good breakfast. About 20min from Gregory lake and 10 to the grand Hotel which had some nice cafes and restaurants
    Room was a little dark, the view was a building site and when we asked if they had a bar we were taken to a strange room with sofas that looked like it hadn't been used in a while, which is understandable but a shame.

    Excellent value for money
    We had 2 nice spacious single rooms, good bathrooms, and nice set breakfast (one Western one Lankan). And despite the April season the prices were still very reasonable. (Yes lots of noise from the festival near the race course, but we knew that and cannot blame the property for this one-week-a-year event). Recommended!
    Tucked in a back lane near Race Course, hence not easy to find after dark, but a great find!
