First off, they don't give you garbage bags. I didn't know this and asked the front desk for one. I was told they don't have any except for big actual garbage bags. I then told the women I'm on my period and asked if I should throw my bloody tampon into the can with no bag or what? In which she finally gave me a laundry bag. I didn't know it would be that hard to get a bag in a hotel. Secondly, the spa is never open. And will not open I was told by staff. I spent $300 for one night and could not use the spa as well as the restaurant considering I stood in there for about 10 min waiting to see someone so we could be seated. There was no one in there eating either. No clue where staff was. Then I go to my room again to see my fridge isn't working. I thought no biggie, I have a cooler I'll go get ice. Go to the ice machine, and it's broke. So then I go to use the phone, and guess what? Doesn't work. So now I had to go all the way back downstairs to ask for a fridge. I get a new fridge, go to eat, come back and it still doesn't work. So then I go buy drinks from their store. We finally get ready for bed and use the toilet for the first time and guess what? Broke. I thought maybe it was clogged so I went down and got a plunger (how embarrassing carrying it through the halls to the upper floors), and guess what? The toilets broke. Not clogged, broke. I then asked for a new room in which I was given, at 11:00pm. Guess what? Broken fridge, on the same floor the ice machine is broke, and a broken phone. Oh and the bed frame in the first room was broke as well. At this point I was just grateful for a flushing toilet so we literally left at 5:45am . $300 to have to have no fridge, no ice, no phone, no spa, no restaurant, a broke bed, and no toilet. Oh, I also had to throw away my $30 meal since I had no fridge.
