    Great value for money, warm and comfy rooms, good value breakfast, excellent location as walking distance to centre (1 min walk) and lots of great salads from the front door, ample free parking on site
    A small room (not a problem when youre just resting your head for a night!)

    Lovely location to enjoy the Lakes
    Our stay was made even more comfortable by having an additional sofa bed for our youngsters. Lovely hosts and lovely breakfast within distance of nice restaurants like Misto and areas of natural beauty nearby

    A good place to be, it was only the weather that failed to deliver - high winds and rain - which was
    Most things - I was able to get in earlier than requested which was helpful, and offered a refund for the night I didn't stay (which was generous).
    Not much - no biscuits with the coffee facilities in the room!
