    Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
    The room was spacious and comfortable, the lady that greeted us was very friendly. The bathroom looked like it had been refurbished in the last couple of years and was to a very high standard. We were only there for one night but would easily come back again if we were in Hastings. Great central location also.
    The doorbell on the outside door wasn't working so we had call the mobile number to get attention, but that was a very minor thing.

    Exceptionally clean, comfy bed, great shower snd tea and coffee making in the room
    Pillows were a little hard for our liking.

    As usual, a very comfortable stay, clean room, and facilities. Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Just a short walk from both the town centre and the railway station makes it a great location.

    Nothing from the beginning it was bad
    We arrived no one was at door it was locked. Someone finally came and I went to check in and I was asked to pay cash. I said I didn't have cash and it did not say that it said card payment.. I asked if I could transfer all answers were no. Very rude so I said I would go down to town and find an ATM which cost me extra fees as I am from Australia. We came back after dinner no one was there to give cash to so we went to sleep. At 11pm large knock on our door demanding the cash. I asked for a receipt and this was not received well. Then the shower did not work in the morning and there was no one to assist. Worse experience of our UK trip
