Superb

Id say just go and stay at SereS

Clean comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping , very polite and prompt room service even when we placed our order at 02:00 hrs. Not to forget the gentle staff who were always ready to assist.

Every rose comes with a thorn.. the only drawback, specifically for us, as we like to walk around to feel the local area, was that the property is located farther than walking distance from any active area.

Overall, great! Good value for the money. Mostly as advertised :-)

Relatively far from Ubud, you need taxi every time and they don't allow Grab to come pick you up. Why not?!

Exceptional

Everything. The stuff is very friendly, kind and helpful. We came for our honeymoon, we got free floating breakfast very big, honeymoon decorations and free cake and snacks! We had problems with the hot water the first night and they fixed it immediately! Very prompt.
