Superb

Great host, clean room, great facilities. Host made sure to communicate so I was always aware of how to check in and any other information I needed. The place was very clean and came even with a complimentary house slippers.

The location is superb - very close to abbey wood station - also has the Sainsbury supermarket nearby. The friendly host Mr. Jing helped check us in - explained everything clearly. The facility has an excellent well stocked kitchen with basics like drinking water,tea,coffee and some other groceries. The wifi is excellent .

A bigger tv would have been ideal If the room is upstairs - and you are an international traveler - hauling the luggage up can be a bit of a challenge.

Basic but clean and comfy.

Very reasonably priced.Access to kitchen and basic food appreciated. Welcoming host. Kettle in room and access to tea and milk appreciated. Bed clean and comfy.

I have mobility issues and could not remove my shoes indoors, as requested by host, and did not want to slip on wooden floors. Hosts should publicise this rule, which is their right to request, so people know in advance. Also provide a chair so people can sit to remove shoes and balance...and pack their own grippy slippers. Room was fine but a lampshade on ceiling light would have been nice. Too far out of London for me, my fault, but good transport links and easy flat walk to rail and underground.
